Es wird wie folgt hergestellt: Hochreine, pflanzlich gewonnene \u03b1-Cellulose wird einer S\u00e4urehydrolyse unterzogen, um mikrokristalline Cellulose (MCC) herzustellen. W\u00e4hrend des Nassmahlens werden die MCC-Partikel mit einer w\u00e4ssrigen Natriumcarboxymethylcellulose-L\u00f6sung (CMC-Na) mit einem bestimmten Substitutionsgrad beschichtet, worauf Homogenisierung, Emulgierung und Spr\u00fchtrocknung folgen, um das endg\u00fcltige feine wei\u00dfe Pulver zu bilden. Im Endprodukt sind die MCC-Mikrokristalle von CMC umh\u00fcllt, wodurch zwei wesentliche Nachteile behoben werden: die schlechte Wasserdispergierbarkeit von reinem MCC und die Anf\u00e4lligkeit von reinem CMC gegen\u00fcber einer durch Calcium- und Magnesiumkationen verursachten Demulgierung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produkteigenschaften von Co-verarbeitetem MCC-CMC<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dispergierverhalten: Das Produkt hydratisiert und dispergiert unter hoher Scherkraft in kaltem Wasser, ohne dass zum Aufl\u00f6sen eine Erw\u00e4rmung erforderlich ist. CMC l\u00f6st sich bevorzugt auf und bildet ein \u00e4u\u00dferes Schutzkolloid, w\u00e4hrend entfaltete MCC-Mikrokristalle eine dreidimensionale, durch Wasserstoffbr\u00fcckenbindungen vernetzende Struktur bilden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thixotrope Eigenschaft: Das System wird unter R\u00fchren d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig, was die Verarbeitung erleichtert, und verdickt sich im Ruhezustand, um die suspendierten Feststoffe zu binden; es handelt sich somit um ein typisches scherverd\u00fcnnendes Kolloid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorteil hinsichtlich der Salzbest\u00e4ndigkeit: Das nichtionische MCC-Grundger\u00fcst verleiht Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber Ca\u00b2\u207a, Mg\u00b2\u207a und anorganischen Ionen aus Zement und behebt damit den Nachteil von reinem CMC, das in Gegenwart mehrwertiger Metallionen ausflockt und versagt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pH-Vertr\u00e4glichkeit: Einsetzbar im pH-Bereich von 3,0 bis 9,5; weist im Vergleich zu PVA und reinem CMC eine \u00fcberlegene Stabilit\u00e4t in sauren und alkalischen Systemen auf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hauptanwendungsbereiche von gemeinsam verarbeitetem MCC-CMC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul
