Sie bietet eine effiziente Verdickungsleistung in Wasser und verschiedenen polaren organischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln, wobei ihre Funktionalit\u00e4t von der Umgebungsbedingungen kaum beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wichtigsten Vorteile lassen sich wie folgt in vier Aspekte unterteilen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Hervorragende L\u00f6sungsmittelvertr\u00e4glichkeit<br>Die meisten herk\u00f6mmlichen Verdickungsmittel wie Natriumcarboxymethylcellulose (CMC) sind nur in Wasser l\u00f6slich. Dank der Hydroxypropylgruppen in seiner Molek\u00fclstruktur kann HPC Wasserstoffbr\u00fcckenbindungen mit Wasser eingehen und zudem eine Affinit\u00e4t zu organischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln entwickeln. Daher l\u00f6st es sich leicht in Wasser sowie in einer Vielzahl polarer organischer L\u00f6sungsmittel wie Ethanol, Isopropanol, Aceton und Propylenglykol. Es vertr\u00e4gt sogar einen gewissen Anteil an Kohlenwasserstoffen. Dies macht HPC zu einer idealen Wahl f\u00fcr die Formulierung wasserfreier oder alkoholhaltiger Produkte wie Desinfektionsgels ohne Nachsp\u00fclen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Stabile nichtionische Eigenschaften<br>Als nichtionisches Polymer ist HPC elektrisch ungeladen. Seine verdickende Wirkung wird von pH-Werten, Elektrolyten oder Metallionen nahezu nicht beeinflusst. Im Gegensatz dazu kommt es bei ionischen Verdickungsmitteln wie Carbomeren zu einem starken Viskosit\u00e4tsabfall, wenn sie S\u00e4uren, Laugen oder Salzen ausgesetzt werden. HPC beh\u00e4lt jedoch in solchen Systemen eine stabile Leistung bei und zeichnet sich durch hervorragende Kompatibilit\u00e4t aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Einfacher physikalischer Verdickungsmechanismus<br>Wenn HPC-Pulver in polaren L\u00f6sungsmitteln dispergiert wird, strecken sich seine Molek\u00fclketten vollst\u00e4ndig aus und werden durch Wasserstoffbr\u00fcckenbindungen gr\u00fcndlich solvatisiert. Die miteinander verflochtenen langen Polymerketten bilden ein dreidimensionales physikalisches Netzwerk, das den freien Fluss der L\u00f6sungsmittelmolek\u00fcle einschr\u00e4nkt und so die Viskosit\u00e4t erh\u00f6ht. Da die Verdickung ausschlie\u00dflich auf physikalischer Verflechtung beruht, l\u00e4sst sich die Viskosit\u00e4t leicht vorhersagen und regulieren. HPC-L\u00f6sungen zeigen typischerweise ein scherverd\u00fcnnendes pseudoplastisches Verhalten: hohe Viskosit\u00e4t im Ruhezustand und verringerte Viskosit\u00e4t unter Scherbeanspruchung, was eine hervorragende Verarbeitbarkeit w\u00e4hrend der Anwendung gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Hervorragende filmbildenden und sch\u00fctzenden Eigenschaften<br>Neben seiner verdickenden Wirkung kann HPC glatte, flexible und transparente Filme bilden. Diese Eigenschaft ist besonders wertvoll f\u00fcr pharmazeutische Beschichtungen und Augentropfen, bei denen eine hohe Transparenz erforderlich ist. HPC verdickt das System und dient zudem der verz\u00f6gerten Freisetzung, dem Oberfl\u00e4chenschutz und der Haftung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurz gesagt: HPC \u00fcberwindet die Einschr\u00e4nkung, dass die meisten Verdickungsmittel nur in w\u00e4ssrigen Systemen wirken.
