Wir k\u00f6nnen die Rohstoffanteile und Produktionsprozesse entsprechend den Rezepturen unserer Kunden anpassen und so eine wirklich exklusive, ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Rohstoffentwicklung anbieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vollst\u00e4ndig anpassbare Produktionsprozesse mit pr\u00e4zise steuerbaren Kennzahlen<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir steuern die gesamte Produktionskette eigenst\u00e4ndig, einschlie\u00dflich der Auswahl der Rohstoffe (Holz- bzw. Baumwollzellstoff), der S\u00e4urehydrolyse und der Steuerung des Polymerisationsgrades, der Hochdruckhomogenisierung, der Spr\u00fchtrocknung sowie der Klassierung durch Strahlmahlung. Alle physikalischen und chemischen Parameter wie Viskosit\u00e4t, Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe, Sch\u00fcttdichte, Sedimentationsvolumen, Feuchtigkeitsgehalt und Aschegehalt k\u00f6nnen frei angepasst werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein abgestuftes Qualit\u00e4tssystem, das die Anforderungen aller Branchen abdeckt<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es werden drei Qualit\u00e4tsstufen angeboten: Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t, pharmazeutische Qualit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die chemische Industrie. Unsere Produkte entsprechen strikt den Normen ChP, FCC, EP und GB 1886.103 und erf\u00fcllen damit sowohl die Anforderungen f\u00fcr den Inlandsverkauf als auch f\u00fcr den grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Export in die Europ\u00e4ische Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wichtige einstellbare Parameter<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.
