Herk\u00f6mmliche kleinmolekulare Dispergiermittel weisen Nachteile wie hohe Reizwirkung, schlechte Salzbest\u00e4ndigkeit und die Nichteinhaltung von Umweltstandards auf. Verschiedene aus nat\u00fcrlicher Baumwolle und Zellstoff modifizierte Cellulosederivate haben sich aufgrund ihrer dreidimensionalen kolloidalen Netzwerkstruktur, die sterische Hinderung und elektrostatische Absto\u00dfung kombiniert, als umweltfreundliche biobasierte Dispersionsstabilisatoren etabliert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zun\u00e4chst einmal: Zwei zentrale Wirkmechanismen von Cellulose als Dispergiermittel<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Isolierung durch sterische Hinderung (Kernverteilungsf\u00e4higkeit)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Molek\u00fclketten der Zellulose dehnen sich in Wasser vollst\u00e4ndig aus, adsorbieren feste Partikel wie Titandioxid, Farbstoffe, Graphit und Proteine und umh\u00fcllen diese. Auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der Partikel bildet sich eine sch\u00fctzende Polymerschicht, die die Pulver physikalisch voneinander trennt und eine gegenseitige Adsorption sowie Agglomeration verhindert, wodurch das Verklumpen und die Sedimentation von Suspensionen grundlegend gel\u00f6st werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Dar\u00fcber hinaus: Stabilisierung dreidimensionaler kolloidaler Netzwerksuspensionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Hydratisierung bildet sich eine reversible thixotrope Netzwerkstruktur. Unter geringer Scherung flie\u00dft und dispergiert das Material, w\u00e4hrend das Netzwerk feine Partikel im Ruhezustand festh\u00e4lt, wodurch ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Verarbeitungsfl\u00fcssigkeit und langfristiger Lagerstabilit\u00e4t hergestellt wird. Das ionische CMC tr\u00e4gt zus\u00e4tzliche negative Ladungen, wodurch elektrostatische Absto\u00dfung entsteht, was die Dispergierleistung in Systemen mit hohem Salzgehalt erheblich verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Andererseits: Vergleich der Dispergierleistung von 5 g\u00e4ngigen Zellulosesorten<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Beispiel: CMCC \u2013 kolloidale mikrokristalline Cellulose (Verbindung aus MCC und CMC, optimale umfassende Dispergierbarkeit)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es kann als prim\u00e4rer Dispersionsstabilisator eingesetzt werden und ist die erste Wahl f\u00fcr alle Branchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reines MCC ist in Wasser unl\u00f6slich und quillt erst nach der Wasseraufnahme auf. Durch eine modifizierte Co-Processing-Compoundierung bildet CMCC nach der Hydratisierung ein Netzwerk aus Nanomikrofibrillen, das sowohl eine physikalische Isolierung als auch eine schwache elektrostatische Dispersion bewirkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorteile: Salz-, s\u00e4ure- und alkalibest\u00e4ndig; keine Phasentrennung in transparenten Systemen, keine Gel-\u201eFischaugen\u201c, feine Pulverdispersion ohne k\u00f6rnige Textur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nachteile: Keine dispergierende Wirkung in reinen \u00d6l-L\u00f6sungsmittelsystemen; nur mit vollst\u00e4ndig wasserbasierten Formulierungen kompatibel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anwendungsbereiche: Hochwertige Getr\u00e4nke, pharmazeutische Suspensionen, Farbpasten auf Wasserbasis, Textildruckpasten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.CMC Natriumcarboxymethylcellulose (anionischer Typ mit hochgeladener Dispersion)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das f\u00fchrende Dispergiermittel f\u00fcr industrielle Hochsalzsysteme mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es handelt sich um die einzige ionische Cellulose, die in ihren Molek\u00fclketten zahlreiche negativ geladene Gruppen aufweist, die eine starke elektrostatische Absto\u00dfung bewirken, wodurch sie eine hervorragende Dispergierleistung f\u00fcr Farbstoffe und anorganische F\u00fcllstoffe bietet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorteile: Geringe Kosten, schnelle Aufl\u00f6sung, gute Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit bei niedrigviskosen Typen, geeignet f\u00fcr industrielle Aufschl\u00e4mmungen in gro\u00dfen Mengen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nachteile: Die Viskosit\u00e4t sinkt in stark alkalischen Umgebungen stark ab; geringe Vertr\u00e4glichkeit gegen\u00fcber hohen Konzentrationen von Kalzium- und Magnesiumionen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anwendungsbereiche: Textildruck, Keramikglasuren, Anodenslurries f\u00fcr Lithiumbatterien, Waschmittel, Grundierungsdispersion f\u00fcr Beschichtungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.HMHEC assoziative Hydroxyethylcellulose (hydrophob modifizierte HEC)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spezielles rheologisches Dispergiermittel f\u00fcr Beschichtungen und hochwertige K\u00f6rperpflegeprodukte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dank seiner dualen Struktur aus hydrophilen Hauptketten und hydrophoben Alkyl-Seitenketten dispergiert es Pigmente, Silikon\u00f6le und Fette und ist gleichzeitig spritzwasserbest\u00e4ndig und verl\u00e4uft nicht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorteile: Best\u00e4ndig gegen Tenside, stabil \u00fcber einen weiten pH-Bereich, verbessert die Wasserbest\u00e4ndigkeit von Lackfilmen und verhindert die Ausf\u00e4llung w\u00e4hrend der Lagerung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nachteile: Seine reine Dispersionsf\u00e4higkeit ist geringer als die von CMC und CMCC; es wirkt eher als integriertes Additiv, das Dispersion, Verdickung und Rheologiemodifizierung vereint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anwendungsbereiche: Latexfarben f\u00fcr den Innen- und Au\u00dfenbereich, Holzlacke auf Wasserbasis, sulfatfreie Premium-Haar- und K\u00f6rperpflegeprodukte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Herk\u00f6mmliche HEC-Hydroxyethylcellulose (nichtionischer Zusatzstoff zur allgemeinen Verdickung und Dispersion)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nichtionische Basiszellulose, bei der die Dispersion lediglich eine Nebenfunktion darstellt; ihre Hauptfunktionen sind das Verdicken und die Wasserspeicherung. Sie bietet nur eine geringe zus\u00e4tzliche Suspensionswirkung und kann agglomerierte Pulver nicht allein aufbrechen, weshalb sie mit anionischen Dispergiermitteln kombiniert werden muss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Reine mikrokristalline Cellulose MCC (kann nicht als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Prim\u00e4rdispergiermittel verwendet werden)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reines MCC ist in Wasser unl\u00f6slich und dient in Trockenpulversystemen lediglich als Antibackmittel. In wasserbasierten Systemen sorgt es lediglich f\u00fcr die Suspension vordispergierter Partikel, ohne jedoch Pulveragglomerate aufbrechen zu k\u00f6nnen. Es muss mit CMC gemischt werden, um die kolloidale mikrokristalline Cellulose CMCC herzustellen und so Dispersionsfunktionen zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image
