Es gibt zwei wesentliche Anwendungssysteme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1K-Lufttrocknungssystem (Die erste Wahl f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung in M\u00f6belfabriken)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empfohlene Typen: SD-A-01C, SD-A58, SD-A66, SD-A73, SD-A200<br>Vorteile: Kein H\u00e4rter erforderlich, kein Ausschuss aufgrund begrenzter Verarbeitungszeit. Geeignet f\u00fcr den Auftrag per Spr\u00fchen, Wischen und Streichen mit hervorragender Schleifbarkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bew\u00e4hrte praktische Referenzrezepturen (Gewichtsanteile, l\u00f6sungsmittelhaltiger Klarlack)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formel 1: 1K-Mattlack zum Lufttrocknen f\u00fcr M\u00f6bel (CAB- und Vollacryl-System)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Thermoplastisches Acrylpulver: 40 Teile<br>2. Vorgefertigte 20%-CAB-Stamml\u00f6sung: 22 Teile (entspricht 4,4 Teilen reinem CAB)<br>3. Umweltfreundlicher Weichmacher (Tributylcitrat): 2 Teile; dient dazu, die Spr\u00f6digkeit der Folie zu verringern und Risse an den Kanten zu vermeiden<br>4. Zusatzstoffe: 0,2 Teile Silikon-Nivelliermittel + 0,2 Teile Entsch\u00e4umer + 3 Teile Mattierungspulver OK520<br>5. Stellen Sie bis zu 100 Teile mit folgender L\u00f6sungsmittelmischung her: 50% Butylacetat + 30% MIBK + 20% Xylol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formel 2: Versiegelungsgrundierung (verhindert das Aufstehen der Holzfasern und das Ausbluten der Farbe bei Kiefer, Eiche und Pappel)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Festes Acrylpulver: 32 Teile<br>2. 20% CAB-381-2-Stamml\u00f6sung: 38 Teile<br>3. Geringe Mengen an Netzmittel und Entsch\u00e4umer<br>4. Stellen Sie bis zu 100 Teile aus einer Mischung aus langsam verdunstenden und schnell verdunstenden L\u00f6sungsmitteln her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kritischer Produktionsprozess (Vermeidung von Ausbleichen, Verklumpen und Delaminierung)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mischen Sie die beiden Pulverarten nicht und verabreichen Sie sie nicht gemeinsam. Das Pulver langsam unter R\u00fchren bei niedriger Drehzahl einstreuen, um Klumpenbildung zu vermeiden. Bei Raumtemperatur 90 bis 120 Minuten lang weiterr\u00fchren, bis die Masse vollst\u00e4ndig transparent ist. Eine Erhitzung auf hohe Temperaturen ist verboten.<br>2. Das feste Acrylharz separat aufl\u00f6sen<br>Das restliche L\u00f6sungsmittel in den Dispersionstank geben, das Acrylpulver unter R\u00fchren bei mittlerer Geschwindigkeit langsam hinzuf\u00fcgen und 60 bis 90 Minuten lang weiterr\u00fchren, bis die Masse vollst\u00e4ndig transparent und frei von Partikeln ist.<br>3. In festgelegter Reihenfolge mischen (darf nicht umgekehrt werden)<br>Alle Additive in die Acryll\u00f6sung geben und 15 Minuten lang bei hoher Geschwindigkeit dispergieren \u2192 die R\u00fchrgeschwindigkeit verringern und die CAB-Stamml\u00f6sung langsam einf\u00fcllen \u2192 abschlie\u00dfend den Weichmacher hinzuf\u00fcgen und vor dem Abf\u00fcllen 5 Minuten lang vorsichtig
