Es handelt sich um einen nachwachsenden und biologisch abbaubaren Rohstoff auf biologischer Basis. HPC ist in kaltem Wasser und einigen organischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln l\u00f6slich und zeichnet sich durch hervorragende filmbildende Eigenschaften, hohe Filmflexibilit\u00e4t und eine g\u00fcnstige rheologiemodulierende Wirkung aus. Da es ungiftig und lebensmittelecht ist, hat es sich in Europa und Amerika zu einem beliebten Additiv und filmbildenden Substrat f\u00fcr biologisch abbaubare Verpackungsbeschichtungen, Papier-Kunststoff-Laminate und abziehbare Folien entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kernfunktionen bei biologisch abbaubaren Verpackungen<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Filmbildendes Substrat (selbsttragender Film \/ Papieroberfl\u00e4chenbeschichtung)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wird ein wasserbasiertes System auf die Oberfl\u00e4che von Papier, Karton und biologisch abbaubaren Substraten wie PLA und PBS aufgetragen, bildet sich nach dem Trocknen ein hochtransparenter, flexibler und durchgehender Film. Dieser kann die Oberfl\u00e4chengl\u00e4tte, die Knickfestigkeit und die Kratzfestigkeit des Tr\u00e4germaterials verbessern. Im Vergleich zu St\u00e4rke und CMC zeichnet sich der HPC-Film durch eine geringere Spr\u00f6digkeit und eine bessere Flexibilit\u00e4t aus, sodass er beim Biegen der Verpackung nicht so leicht rei\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Rheologische Modifikation (Verdickung, Verlaufverbesserung und Sedimentationshemmung bei Lacken auf Wasserbasis)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es dient als rheologischer Zusatzstoff in wasserbasierten, biobasierten Beschichtungsfl\u00fcssigkeiten, um die Scherviskosit\u00e4t anzupassen und die Verarbeitbarkeit der Beschichtung zu verbessern. Es verhindert das Herabflie\u00dfen bei der Beschichtung mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und sorgt f\u00fcr eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Schichtdicke. Es weist in neutralem Wasser bei Umgebungstemperatur eine gute Stabilit\u00e4t auf und beh\u00e4lt unter neutralen pH-Bedingungen eine konstante Viskosit\u00e4t bei, was den Entwicklungsanforderungen Ihres finnischen Projekts \u2013 Umgebungstemperatur und neutrales w\u00e4ssriges Milieu \u2013 perfekt entspricht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
