Funciones y mecanismos esenciales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desintegrante (aplicaci\u00f3n primaria)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Absorbe r\u00e1pidamente el agua y se hincha entre 3 y 5 veces. Combinada con la acci\u00f3n capilar, la fuerza de hinchamiento permite una r\u00e1pida desintegraci\u00f3n del comprimido, acelera la disoluci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco y mejora la biodisponibilidad; la dosis t\u00edpica oscila entre 2% y 5%.<br>Ventajas: Se ve ligeramente afectado por la presi\u00f3n de comprimidos; los comprimidos de alta dureza se desintegran r\u00e1pidamente, superior a los desintegrantes a base de almid\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encuadernaci\u00f3n y relleno<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su superficie granular irregular se entrelaza con el polvo del f\u00e1rmaco para aumentar la dureza del comprimido y evitar el taponado o la rotura. Para la granulaci\u00f3n h\u00fameda, el nivel de adici\u00f3n es de 2%~20%, ideal para f\u00e1rmacos poco compresibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Funciones auxiliares<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mejora la fluidez del polvo y la compactibilidad para la compresi\u00f3n directa; qu\u00edmicamente estable con buena compatibilidad con la mayor\u00eda de los principios activos farmac\u00e9uticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. Aplicaci\u00f3n principal en formas de dosificaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprimidos orales convencionales (los m\u00e1s utilizados)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplica en analg\u00e9sicos antipir\u00e9ticos, antibi\u00f3ticos, comprimidos de f\u00e1rmacos sint\u00e9ticos y comprimidos de medicina tradicional china mediante adici\u00f3n intragranular, adici\u00f3n extragranular o adici\u00f3n combinada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprimidos de desintegraci\u00f3n oral (TDO)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se desintegra r\u00e1pidamente al contacto con la saliva sin necesidad de beber agua, apto para ancianos, ni\u00f1os y pacientes con dificultades para tragar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00e1psulas y gr\u00e1nulos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilitan la formaci\u00f3n de gr\u00e1nulos, evitan la aglomeraci\u00f3n y favorecen la desintegraci\u00f3n y la liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparados de liberaci\u00f3n sostenida\/controlada, pellets y extruidos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modular la velocidad de liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco en comprimidos de liberaci\u00f3n sostenida de matriz y gr\u00e1nulos de extrusi\u00f3n-esferonizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprimidos masticables y efervescentes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equilibrio entre moldeabilidad, sabor y capacidad de desintegraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III.
