Es el aditivo multifuncional m\u00e1s utilizado y rentable para los sistemas de fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n a base de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grados de alta y baja tensi\u00f3n (HV y LV) de CMC para fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. HV-CMC (alta viscosidad CMC): Caracterizado por su alto peso molecular y su alta viscosidad, sirve principalmente para aumentar la viscosidad, mejorar la resistencia del gel y mantener en suspensi\u00f3n los residuos de perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. LV-CMC (baja viscosidad CMC): Con un alto grado de sustituci\u00f3n, una baja capacidad para aumentar la viscosidad y un rendimiento excepcional en el control de la p\u00e9rdida de fluido, es adecuado para lodos pesados de alta densidad y formaciones de pozos profundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El CMC para perforaci\u00f3n se presenta como un polvo blanco de flujo libre y se disuelve en agua fr\u00eda para formar un coloide viscoso transparente. Ofrece una excelente compatibilidad y puede aplicarse de forma sin\u00e9rgica con bentonita, carbonato s\u00f3dico, lubricantes y agentes de lastrado. Se utiliza ampliamente en sistemas de lodo para pozos de petr\u00f3leo y gas en tierra firme, perforaci\u00f3n de esquisto, pozos geot\u00e9rmicos y perforaci\u00f3n de agua dulce en alta mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las seis funciones principales del CMC en los fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n petrolera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Control eficaz de la p\u00e9rdida de fluidos y formaci\u00f3n de una capa de lodo fina y densa (funci\u00f3n principal)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diferencia de presi\u00f3n en el fondo del pozo durante la perforaci\u00f3n empuja el agua del lodo hacia las formaciones, lo que provoca da\u00f1os en el yacimiento, el colapso del pozo y incidentes de atascamiento de la tuber\u00eda.<br>Las cadenas moleculares del CMC contienen abundantes grupos carboxilo e hidroxilo, que se adhieren a las part\u00edculas de bentonita y a la roca del pozo, rellenan las microfracturas de las formaciones y forman capas de filtrado finas, resistentes y de baja permeabilidad en el pozo, lo que reduce dr\u00e1sticamente el volumen de p\u00e9rdida de fluido seg\u00fan la norma API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LV-CMC: Agente principal para el control de la p\u00e9rdida de fluido que provoca un ligero aumento de la viscosidad tras su adici\u00f3n; la mejor opci\u00f3n para lodos densificados con barita de alta densidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HV-CMC: Equilibra el control de la p\u00e9rdida de fluido y el aumento de la viscosidad, ideal para pozos poco profundos y lodos de agua dulce de baja densidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Regular la reolog\u00eda del lodo y mejorar la capacidad de transporte y suspensi\u00f3n de los residuos de perforaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El CMC se disuelve en agua para formar una red coloidal tridimensional, lo que confiere al fluido de perforaci\u00f3n una excelente tixotrop\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alto cizallamiento durante la perforaci\u00f3n: una reducci\u00f3n moderada de la viscosidad garantiza una buena fluidez del lodo y una baja resistencia al bombeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condici\u00f3n est\u00e1tica cuando se detiene la perforaci\u00f3n: la red coloidal se restablece para mantener en suspensi\u00f3n los residuos de perforaci\u00f3n y la barita, evitando as\u00ed que los s\u00f3lidos se asienten y sepulven la sarta de perforaci\u00f3n.<br>La baja resistencia inicial del gel provoca la r\u00e1pida liberaci\u00f3n del gas arrastrado en el lodo, lo que mitiga la formaci\u00f3n de espuma causada por la entrada de gas y mejora la eficacia de los sistemas de control de s\u00f3lidos a la hora de eliminar arena y limo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Inhibir la hidrataci\u00f3n del esquisto y estabilizar el pozo para evitar su colapso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las formaciones de lutita y arenisca suelta absorben f\u00e1cilmente el agua, lo que provoca que se hinchen y se desprendan. El CMC forma una pel\u00edcula protectora sobre la superficie de las part\u00edculas de arcilla que impide que el agua libre penetre en las capas rocosas, frena la hidrataci\u00f3n y la dispersi\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n, reduce el desprendimiento y el colapso del pozo, y disminuye la frecuencia de problemas complejos en el fondo del pozo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mejorar la estabilidad del lodo y prolongar la vida \u00fatil de la circulaci\u00f3n del lodo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los coloides CMC se caracterizan por su gran resistencia a la degradaci\u00f3n microbiana, por lo que el lodo rara vez se enmohece o se deteriora. No es necesario mantener un valor de pH elevado para prevenir la corrosi\u00f3n a largo plazo, lo que reduce el coste de dosificaci\u00f3n de la sosa c\u00e1ustica.<br>Tolera una contaminaci\u00f3n leve por sales de calcio, magnesio y sodio, por lo que es apto para sistemas de fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n de agua dulce, agua salobre y agua de mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Resistencia moderada a la temperatura para operaciones en pozos de profundidad media y profunda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fluido de perforaci\u00f3n de alta calidad CMC, con un alto grado de sustituci\u00f3n, soporta temperaturas en el fondo del pozo de hasta 150 \u00b0C. Sus propiedades de viscosidad y p\u00e9rdida de fluido se degradan ligeramente tras el envejecimiento a altas temperaturas, lo que permite satisfacer las exigencias de perforaci\u00f3n convencionales de pozos de profundidad media y profunda. Para pozos ultraprofundos en condiciones de alta temperatura, se puede combinar con estabilizadores resistentes al calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Proteger los yacimientos de petr\u00f3leo y gas y reducir los da\u00f1os a la formaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tortas de filtraci\u00f3n formadas por CMC son compactas y f\u00e1ciles de desprender. Reduce los costes de las operaciones posteriores de acidificaci\u00f3n y fracturaci\u00f3n, mejora el factor de recuperaci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo y gas, y act\u00faa como aditivo de perforaci\u00f3n respetuoso con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CMC para fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n: selecci\u00f3n de grados HV y LV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HV-CMC (carboximetilcelulosa s\u00f3dica de alta viscosidad)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casos de aplicaci\u00f3n: Pozos poco profundos, pozos de profundidad media, lodo de agua dulce de baja densidad, preparaci\u00f3n de lodo para la perforaci\u00f3n con agua, formaciones blandas que requieren una suspensi\u00f3n eficaz de los residuos de perforaci\u00f3n<br>Ventajas principales: Aumenta considerablemente la viscosidad y el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico de la lodo con una dosis reducida; alta eficiencia en la preparaci\u00f3n del lodo; excelente rendimiento de suspensi\u00f3n.<br>Dosis habitual: 0,1%\u20130,3%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LV-CMC (carboximetilcelulosa s\u00f3dica de baja viscosidad)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casos de aplicaci\u00f3n: Pozos profundos, lodos de alta densidad con barita como agente de densificaci\u00f3n, formaciones de arenisca de alta permeabilidad, fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n con agua salada, pozos horizontales<br>Ventajas principales: Potente control de la p\u00e9rdida de fluido con un impacto m\u00ednimo en la viscosidad del lodo; evita una viscosidad excesiva que dificulta el bombeo; forma capas de filtro finas y compactas<br>Dosis habitual: 0,2%\u20130,5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resoluci\u00f3n de selecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Solo es necesario controlar la p\u00e9rdida de fluido cuando la densidad del lodo es alta \u2192 LV-CMC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.
