Como espesante y modificador reol\u00f3gico no i\u00f3nico a base de agua, la hidroxietilcelulosa (HEC), gracias a su estructura molecular \u00fanica y a sus caracter\u00edsticas de compatibilidad, se ha convertido en un aditivo esencial e indispensable en la formulaci\u00f3n de recubrimientos art\u00edsticos de colores. En comparaci\u00f3n con otros \u00e9teres de celulosa, como el HPMC y el CMC, el HEC resulta m\u00e1s adecuado para los requisitos de procesamiento espec\u00edficos de los sistemas de recubrimientos de colores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caracter\u00edsticas estructurales fundamentales del HEC, adecuado para recubrimientos de colores<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La hidroxietilcelulosa es un pol\u00edmero soluble en agua derivado de la celulosa natural mediante una modificaci\u00f3n por eterificaci\u00f3n.
