Le HEC offre une tol\u00e9rance exceptionnelle au sel, maintenant la viscosit\u00e9 et le contr\u00f4le de la perte de fluide dans les environnements \u00e0 forte salinit\u00e9, notamment les boues \u00e0 base d'eau de mer, les fluides de forage satur\u00e9s en sel et les formations \u00e0 forte salinit\u00e9.<br>Notre PAC est un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de cellulose haut de gamme destin\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rations de forage exigeantes dans les formations schisteuses r\u00e9actives, les puits \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et les zones \u00e9cologiquement sensibles n\u00e9cessitant un minimum de dommages \u00e0 la formation. Le PAC offre une stabilisation exceptionnelle du schiste gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs m\u00e9canismes. Les cha\u00eenes polym\u00e8res anioniques s'adsorbent sur les surfaces min\u00e9rales argileuses, cr\u00e9ant des forces \u00e9lectrostatiques r\u00e9pulsives qui emp\u00eachent le gonflement et la dispersion de l'argile.<br>Notre CMC (carboxym\u00e9thylcellulose) offre un contr\u00f4le rentable de la viscosit\u00e9 et de la perte de fluide dans les applications de forage standard o\u00f9 les performances am\u00e9lior\u00e9es du PAC ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires ou lorsque des consid\u00e9rations budg\u00e9taires favorisent les solutions \u00e9conomiques. Le PAC est utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 raison de 0,5 \u00e0 4,0 lb\/bbl selon la qualit\u00e9 et les exigences de performance, la concentration habituelle \u00e9tant de 1,5 \u00e0 3,0 lb\/bbl pour le forage de schiste et les applications \u00e0 haute performance. Les boues formul\u00e9es avec ce produit pr\u00e9sentent une bonne r\u00e9duction des pertes par filtration, une bonne inhibition et une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
