Fonctions et m\u00e9canismes essentiels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9sint\u00e9grant (application primaire)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il absorbe rapidement l'eau et gonfle de 3 \u00e0 5 fois. Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'action capillaire, la force de gonflement permet une d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration rapide des comprim\u00e9s, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la dissolution du m\u00e9dicament et am\u00e9liore la biodisponibilit\u00e9 ; le dosage typique varie de 2% \u00e0 5%.<br>Avantages : L\u00e9g\u00e8rement affect\u00e9 par la pression de remplissage ; les comprim\u00e9s de duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e se d\u00e9sint\u00e8grent encore rapidement, ce qui est sup\u00e9rieur aux d\u00e9sint\u00e9grants \u00e0 base d'amidon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relieur et remplisseur<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa surface granulaire irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re s'imbrique dans la poudre du m\u00e9dicament pour renforcer la duret\u00e9 du comprim\u00e9 et \u00e9viter qu'il ne se referme ou ne se fende.
