Il s'agit de l'additif multifonctionnel le plus largement utilis\u00e9 et le plus rentable pour les syst\u00e8mes de fluides de forage \u00e0 base d'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grades HT et BT de CMC pour fluides de forage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. HV-CMC (High Viscosity CMC) : caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un poids mol\u00e9culaire \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, il sert principalement \u00e0 augmenter la viscosit\u00e9, \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9sistance du gel et \u00e0 maintenir les d\u00e9blais de forage en suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. LV-CMC (Low Viscosity CMC) : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son degr\u00e9 de substitution \u00e9lev\u00e9, \u00e0 sa faible capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter la viscosit\u00e9 et \u00e0 ses performances exceptionnelles en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le de la perte de fluide, ce produit est adapt\u00e9 aux boues lourdes \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 et aux formations de puits profonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le CMC de qualit\u00e9 forage se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d'une poudre blanche fluide et se dissout dans l'eau froide pour former un collo\u00efde visqueux transparent. Il offre une excellente compatibilit\u00e9 et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en synergie avec la bentonite, le carbonate de sodium, les lubrifiants et les agents alourdissants. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes de boues destin\u00e9s aux puits de p\u00e9trole et de gaz terrestres, au forage de schiste, aux puits g\u00e9othermiques et au forage offshore en eau douce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les six fonctions principales du CMC dans les fluides de forage p\u00e9trolier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Contr\u00f4le efficace des pertes de fluide et formation d'un g\u00e2teau de boue mince et dense (fonction principale)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diff\u00e9rence de pression au fond du puits pendant le forage provoque la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'eau contenue dans la boue de forage dans les formations, ce qui entra\u00eene des dommages au r\u00e9servoir, l'effondrement du puits et des incidents de blocage de tige.<br>Les cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires du CMC comportent de nombreux groupes carboxyle et hydroxyle, qui se fixent aux particules de bentonite et aux roches du trou de forage, comblent les microfractures des formations et forment sur la paroi du puits des couches de filtration minces, r\u00e9sistantes et \u00e0 faible perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le volume de perte de fluide API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LV-CMC : Agent principal de contr\u00f4le des pertes de fluide entra\u00eenant une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de la viscosit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s ajout ; le choix id\u00e9al pour les boues alourdies \u00e0 la barytine \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HV-CMC : Assure un \u00e9quilibre entre le contr\u00f4le des pertes de fluide et l'augmentation de la viscosit\u00e9 ; id\u00e9al pour les puits peu profonds et les boues d'eau douce \u00e0 faible densit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. R\u00e9guler la rh\u00e9ologie de la boue et am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de transport et de suspension des d\u00e9blais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le CMC se dissout dans l'eau pour former un r\u00e9seau collo\u00efdal tridimensionnel, conf\u00e9rant ainsi au fluide de forage une excellente thixotropie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forage \u00e0 fort cisaillement : une r\u00e9duction mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de la viscosit\u00e9 garantit une bonne fluidit\u00e9 de la boue et une faible r\u00e9sistance au pompage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tat statique lorsque le forage s'arr\u00eate : le r\u00e9seau collo\u00efdal se reconstitue pour maintenir en suspension les d\u00e9blais de forage et la barytine, emp\u00eachant ainsi la s\u00e9dimentation des solides qui risquerait d'ensevelir le train de tiges.<br>La faible r\u00e9sistance initiale du gel permet une lib\u00e9ration rapide des gaz emprisonn\u00e9s dans la boue, ce qui att\u00e9nue la formation de mousse due \u00e0 l'intrusion de gaz et am\u00e9liore l'efficacit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des solides en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9limination du sable et du limon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Emp\u00eacher l'hydratation de la roche de schiste et stabiliser le puits afin d'\u00e9viter tout effondrement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les formations de schiste argileux et de gr\u00e8s meuble absorbent facilement l'eau, ce qui les fait gonfler et s'effriter. Le CMC forme un film protecteur \u00e0 la surface des particules d'argile afin d'emp\u00eacher l'eau libre de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les couches rocheuses, de limiter l'hydratation et la dispersion de la formation, de r\u00e9duire l'effritement et l'effondrement du trou de forage, et de diminuer la fr\u00e9quence des probl\u00e8mes complexes en fond de trou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Am\u00e9liorer la stabilit\u00e9 de la boue et prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la circulation de la boue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les collo\u00efdes CMC se caract\u00e9risent par une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation microbienne ; ainsi, la boue moisit ou se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore rarement. Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de maintenir un pH \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour assurer une protection anticorrosion \u00e0 long terme, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au dosage de la soude caustique.<br>Il tol\u00e8re une faible contamination par des sels de calcium, de magn\u00e9sium et de sodium, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes de fluides de forage en eau douce, en eau saum\u00e2tre et en eau de mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. R\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature pour les op\u00e9rations dans des puits de profondeur moyenne et profonde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fluide de forage CMC de haute qualit\u00e9, pr\u00e9sentant un degr\u00e9 de substitution \u00e9lev\u00e9, r\u00e9siste \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fond de trou pouvant atteindre 150 \u00b0C. Ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de viscosit\u00e9 et de perte de fluide ne se d\u00e9gradent que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement apr\u00e8s un vieillissement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, ce qui lui permet de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de forage classiques des puits de moyenne et grande profondeur. Pour les puits ultra-profonds soumis \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, il peut \u00eatre formul\u00e9 avec des stabilisants r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prot\u00e9ger les gisements de p\u00e9trole et de gaz et limiter les dommages caus\u00e9s aux formations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les g\u00e2teaux de filtration form\u00e9s par le CMC sont compacts et faciles \u00e0 retirer. Son filtrat pr\u00e9sente des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques douces et n'obstrue pas les gorges des pores des gisements de p\u00e9trole et de gaz.
