Caratterizzata da inerzia chimica non tossica, eccellente compattabilit\u00e0, capacit\u00e0 di addensare e sospendere, nonch\u00e9 di disintegrare e legare, \u00e8 ampiamente adottata come riempitivo, legante, disintegrante e stabilizzante tutto l'anno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttavia, la maggior parte degli acquirenti e degli ingegneri formulatori seleziona le materie prime semplicemente con il nome generico di \u201cCellulosa Microcristallina\u201d. Presenta una dimensione media delle particelle di 40~60 \u03bcm con polvere fine e compattabilit\u00e0 eccezionale, e una perdita all'essiccazione \u22647,0%, adatta alla tavolatura rotante e alla granulazione a umido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per gli API sensibili all'acqua e inclini all'idrolisi in caso di esposizione all'umidit\u00e0, passare a PH103 (perdita all'essiccazione \u22643,0%). Le formulazioni estremamente sensibili all'umidit\u00e0 adottano PH113, il grado a bassissima umidit\u00e0 con perdita all'essiccazione \u22641,5%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produzione a compressione diretta e riempimento di capsule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PH102 \u00e8 stato selezionato per la produzione di massa regolare. La dimensione delle particelle varia da 70 a 100 \u03bcm, con granuli pi\u00f9 grossi e un'eccellente fluidit\u00e0, che impedisce efficacemente il riempimento soffice e la delaminazione all'interno delle capsule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scegliere PH112 (controparte a bassissima umidit\u00e0 di PH102, perdita all'essiccazione \u22641,5%) per ingredienti attivi sensibili all'umidit\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compressione ad alta velocit\u00e0 con un rigoroso controllo della variazione di peso della compressa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PH200 \u00e8 utilizzato per le apparecchiature ad alta velocit\u00e0. Ha la dimensione delle particelle pi\u00f9 grande (140~200 \u03bcm) in tutta la gamma di PH e una fluidit\u00e0 superiore che riduce notevolmente la fluttuazione del peso delle compresse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PH301 e PH302 possiedono la pi\u00f9 alta densit\u00e0 di massa della serie per gli API ad alta densit\u00e0 e le compresse a microdose: PH301 a particelle fini \u00e8 adatto alla comprimitura a basso dosaggio, mentre PH302 a particelle grosse \u00e8 ideale per la compressione diretta ad alta velocit\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparazioni di uso generale senza particolari requisiti di processo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si raccomanda il grado standard MCC. Grazie alla flessibilit\u00e0 delle sue specifiche, serve in modo completo come diluente, legante, lubrificante e disintegrante, con prestazioni di costo eccezionali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selezione del grado per la lavorazione degli alimenti (caramelle compresse, polvere sostitutiva dei pasti, bevande in polvere istantanee e prodotti lattiero-caseari)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caramelle compresse e compresse masticabili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PH102 si usa per la compressione diretta nelle formule standard.
