Offre un'efficace capacit\u00e0 addensante in acqua e in vari solventi organici polari, senza che la sua funzionalit\u00e0 sia influenzata dall'ambiente del sistema.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I principali vantaggi possono essere sintetizzati nei quattro aspetti seguenti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Eccellente compatibilit\u00e0 con i solventi<br>La maggior parte degli addensanti convenzionali, come la carbossimetilcellulosa di sodio (CMC), \u00e8 solubile solo in acqua. Grazie ai gruppi idrossipropilici presenti nella sua struttura molecolare, la HPC \u00e8 in grado di formare legami idrogeno con l'acqua e di sviluppare affinit\u00e0 anche con i solventi organici. Pertanto, si dissolve facilmente in acqua, cos\u00ec come in un'ampia gamma di solventi organici polari, tra cui etanolo, isopropanolo, acetone e glicole propilenico. \u00c8 in grado di tollerare anche una certa percentuale di idrocarburi. Questo rende il HPC una scelta ideale per la formulazione di prodotti anidri o ad alto contenuto alcolico, come i gel igienizzanti senza risciacquo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Natura non ionica stabile<br>Essendo un polimero non ionico, il HPC non presenta carica elettrica. Il suo effetto addensante risulta pressoch\u00e9 insensibile ai valori di pH, agli elettroliti o agli ioni metallici. Al contrario, gli addensanti ionici come i carbomer subiscono un forte calo di viscosit\u00e0 se esposti ad acidi, alcali o sali. Il HPC, invece, mantiene prestazioni stabili in tali sistemi e offre una compatibilit\u00e0 superiore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Semplice meccanismo di addensamento fisico<br>Quando la polvere di HPC viene dispersa in solventi polari, le sue catene molecolari si estendono completamente e subiscono una solvatazione completa tramite legami idrogeno. Le lunghe catene polimeriche intrecciate formano una rete fisica tridimensionale che limita il libero flusso delle molecole di solvente, aumentando cos\u00ec la viscosit\u00e0. Poich\u00e9 l'addensamento si basa esclusivamente sull'intreccio fisico, la viscosit\u00e0 \u00e8 facile da prevedere e regolare. Le soluzioni di HPC mostrano tipicamente un comportamento pseudoplastico a fluidificazione per taglio: alta viscosit\u00e0 a riposo e viscosit\u00e0 ridotta sotto forza di taglio, garantendo un'eccellente lavorabilit\u00e0 durante l'applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Eccellenti propriet\u00e0 filmogene e protettive<br>Oltre a svolgere un'azione addensante, il HPC \u00e8 in grado di formare pellicole lisce, flessibili e trasparenti. Questa caratteristica risulta particolarmente preziosa per i rivestimenti farmaceutici e i colliri, dove \u00e8 richiesta un'elevata trasparenza. Oltre ad addensare il sistema, il HPC svolge anche una funzione di rilascio prolungato, protezione superficiale e adesione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In sintesi, HPC supera il limite che impedisce alla maggior parte degli addensanti di funzionare solo in sistemi acquosi. Si tratta infatti di un addensante versatile che garantisce prestazioni stabili ed efficaci in un'ampia gamma di mezzi polari, tra cui acqua, alcoli e
