Addensanti non associativi (ad es., eteri di cellulosa):<br>Formare una rete tridimensionale attraverso l'intreccio fisico delle catene molecolari.<br>Esempio tipico: idrossietilcellulosa (HEC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elevata idrofilia e scarsa compatibilit\u00e0 con le resine idrofobiche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In caso di sovradosaggio, formano barriere rigide che impediscono la coalescenza delle particelle di lattice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Addensanti associativi (ad es., HASE \/ HEUR):<br>Formare punti di reticolazione fisica tramite gruppi idrofobici.<br>Costruire una rete tridimensionale transitoria, dotando il sistema di:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tissotropia (propriet\u00e0 anti-colatura)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viscosit\u00e0 ad alto taglio (per facilitare l'applicazione)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Reveal: come l'eccesso di addensante compromette la resistenza del rivestimento attraverso 4 meccanismi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;Network Degradation: The coating structure changes from &#8220;flexible&#8221; to &#8220;rigid&#8221;<br>Che si tratti dell\u2019intreccio fisico della cellulosa o della reticolazione dinamica degli addensanti associativi, un\u2019aggiunta eccessiva far\u00e0 s\u00ec che la densit\u00e0 di reticolazione del sistema superi in modo anomalo l\u2019intervallo normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rete elastica poco compatta, originariamente adattata alla deformazione del film di rivestimento, si trasforma in una rete rigida ed eccessivamente densa. Dopo l\u2019indurimento, le catene molecolari risultano completamente bloccate, la tensione strutturale interna \u00e8 sbilanciata, la resistenza complessiva del film di rivestimento diminuisce in modo significativo e questo perde la sua resistenza di base alle crepe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Interferenza nella formazione del film: una polimerizzazione incompleta comporta difetti intrinseci<br>Il processo di formazione del film di rivestimento si basa essenzialmente sulla migrazione delle particelle di lattice, sulla loro coalescenza e sulla polimerizzazione per reticolazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le molecole di addensante in eccesso sono disperse uniformemente nel sistema, ostacolando la migrazione e la coalescenza delle molecole di resina, lasciando al contempo un gran numero di gruppi terminali molecolari non reagiti.<br>Il risultato finale \u00e8 che il film di rivestimento sembra asciutto e ben formato, ma in realt\u00e0 la sua polimerizzazione \u00e8 incompleta, con un reticolamento insufficiente, e presenta al suo interno numerose zone di debolezza nascoste, che tendono a fessurarsi sotto l\u2019azione delle sollecitazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Descrizione del difetto: la separazione microfase forma punti di concentrazione delle sollecitazioni<br>Questo \u00e8 l'aspetto fondamentale che pi\u00f9 facilmente si tende a trascurare.<br>Un eccesso di addensante provoca la separazione in microfasi dalla resina principale, formando innumerevoli piccoli microdomini incompatibili all\u2019interno del film di rivestimento, che costituiscono naturali punti di concentrazione delle sollecitazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dati di riferimento: per ogni 1% in eccesso di addensante, la densit\u00e0 dei difetti del rivestimento aumenta di 15% e la velocit\u00e0 di propagazione delle crepe accelera direttamente di 3-5 volte. Le crepe possono essere facilmente innescate da lievi forze esterne o variazioni di temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Alterazione delle propriet\u00e0 fisiche: perdita totale dell'elasticit\u00e0 del rivestimento<br>Un eccesso di addensante modifica direttamente le propriet\u00e0 fisiche intrinseche del rivestimento, aumentando in modo significativo la temperatura di transizione vetrosa (Tg) e il modulo elastico del film di rivestimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processi chiave che influenzano il processo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Eccessiva reticolazione fisica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I punti di reticolazione si fissano dopo la polimerizzazione, formando una rete rigida che limita il movimento dei segmenti molecolari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analogia: reticolazione chimica eccessiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Creazione di una rete secondaria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incompatible microdomains act like &#8220;rigid fillers&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitano la deformazione della rete principale, determinando una riduzione della tenacit\u00e0 di oltre 50%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
