Funge da agente ausiliario fondamentale per la stampa, la tintura e l\u2019appretto dei tessuti. Disponibile in gradi a bassa, media e alta viscosit\u00e0, \u00e8 adatta per tessuti in cotone, fibre chimiche e misti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dimensioni dell'ordito (volume di consumo massimo)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Agente di dimensionamento primario e ausiliario<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pu\u00f2 sostituire l'amido ed essere miscelato con il PVA. Il liquido di collatura presenta una buona fluidit\u00e0 e non tende ad agglomerarsi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si lega alle fibre del filato formando pellicole flessibili, migliorando la resistenza all'usura e riducendo la rottura del filato;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il sottile strato di appretto \u00e8 facile da rimuovere senza danneggiare i tessuti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un moderato assorbimento dell'umidit\u00e0 previene l'elettricit\u00e0 statica e la formazione di pelucchi sui filati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vantaggi: resistente alla muffa, stabile durante lo stoccaggio, solubile a basse temperature e facile da lavorare in officina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Addensante per la stampa (stampa reattiva, a pigmenti e a dispersione)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stampa con coloranti reattivi (tessuti in cotone e viscosa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CMC \u00e8 un addensatore principale tradizionale a basso costo:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viene trasformato in una pasta di base per la stampa al fine di aumentare la viscosit\u00e0 della pasta colorata, impedire lo sbavamento e la diffusione del colore e garantire motivi ben definiti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'eccellente capacit\u00e0 di ritenzione idrica consente un assorbimento completo del colorante, garantendo un risultato cromatico uniforme e intenso;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facile da risciacquare, non lascia residui di pasta dopo la stampa e conferisce al tessuto una morbida sensazione al tatto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stampa a pigmenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizzato insieme ai leganti per stabilizzare la pasta colorante, impedire la sedimentazione dei pigmenti e rendere pi\u00f9 nitidi i contorni di stampa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Stampa a dispersione (fibre chimiche)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funge da addensante ausiliario per ottimizzare uniforme del tessuto e riduce le macchie di tintura irregolari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Agente anti-migrazione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nei processi di tintura a tampone, impedisce la migrazione del colorante con l\u2019acqua durante l\u2019asciugatura, riducendo al minimo la differenza di colore tra il diritto e il rovescio del tessuto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Coadiuvante per la saponificazione: incapsula pasta da stampa per separare il colore di base dagli agenti di scarico, garantendo strati distinti del motivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stampa su tappeti e asciugamani<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pasta CMC ad alta viscosit\u00e0 per la stampa con pasta densa garantisce un forte effetto tridimensionale senza penetrare nel tessuto di base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tessuti in seta e viscosa leggera: il prodotto CMC a
