Tuttavia, presentano alcuni svantaggi critici: un progressivo ingiallimento nel corso del tempo, una scarsa resistenza ai raggi UV e una debole resistenza chimica, che li rendono inadatti a soddisfare i rigorosi requisiti richiesti per pannelli in legno di lusso di colore chiaro, mobili e prodotti in legno per esterni. Inoltre, la nitrocellulosa \u00e8 soggetta a persistenti carenze di approvvigionamento e a una disponibilit\u00e0 di scorte altamente instabile, spingendo i formulatori a ricorrere alle formule di rivestimento per legno a base di cellulosa CAB e polvere acrilica solida come alternativa affidabile.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attualmente, la soluzione di aggiornamento pi\u00f9 diffusa nel settore dei rivestimenti prevede l\u2019utilizzo di acetato-butirrato di cellulosa (CAB) combinato con polvere di resina acrilica termoplastica solida come legante filmogeno principale, al fine di sostituire completamente i sistemi a base di nitrocellulosa. Questa combinazione mantiene la praticit\u00e0 di lavorazione delle vernici a base di nitrocellulosa, offrendo al contempo eccellenti prestazioni anti-ingiallimento, l\u2019assenza di sollevamento tra uno strato e l\u2019altro durante la riverniciatura, un\u2019ottima resistenza all\u2019acqua e all\u2019alcol, nonch\u00e9 una conservazione a lungo termine della lucentezza e del colore. \u00c8 diventato il sistema di formulazione preferito per le linee di produzione di rivestimenti per legno di alta gamma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funzioni e criteri di selezione delle due materie prime principali<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acetato-butirrato di cellulosa (CAB): modificatore delle prestazioni del sistema (additivo chiave e agente filmogeno ausiliario)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa cellulosa CAB, abbinata a polvere acrilica solida, costituisce la base del nostro sistema di rivestimento per legno ad alte prestazioni. La CAB \u00e8 un estere di cellulosa modificato con una miscela di acido acetico e acido butirrico. Grazie alla sua struttura molecolare unica, risolve quattro difetti comuni dei rivestimenti acrilici puri per legno: scarsa livellabilit\u00e0, essiccazione lenta, sbavature dei pigmenti durante la riverniciatura e aspetto opaco del film.<br>Di seguito sono elencate le classi pi\u00f9 comunemente utilizzate nel settore dei rivestimenti per il legno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. CAB-381-0.1 \/ CAB-381-0.5 (bassa viscosit\u00e0): Progettato per vernici trasparenti a finitura lucida e linee di spruzzatura automatizzate. Rilascia rapidamente il solvente per evitare l\u2019adesione della polvere e garantisce una finitura umida e trasparente. Dosaggio consigliato: 3%~8%.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. CAB-381-2 (viscosit\u00e0 media): ideale per primer sigillanti per legno massello e mani di fondo per coloranti, per far risaltare le venature su pino e rovere. Trattiene i tannini e i pigmenti per impedire il distacco e lo sbavamento del colore dagli strati di finitura. Dosaggio consigliato: 5%~10%.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantaggi principali:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Eccellente stabilit\u00e0 ai raggi UV, senza ingiallimento durante lo stoccaggio a lungo termine in ambienti interni; perfetto per legni chiari come l'acero e la betulla<br>\u2705 Accelera l'asciugatura superficiale raggiungendo una velocit\u00e0 simile a quella dei rivestimenti a base di nitrocellulosa, migliorando notevolmente la capacit\u00e0 produttiva giornaliera<br>\u2705 Crea uno strato protettivo che elimina completamente il distacco tra gli strati e lo sbavamento del colore delle tinte nelle applicazioni di ritocco<br>\u2705 Migliora la levigatezza della superficie ed elimina l\u2019effetto buccia d\u2019arancia, i pori e altre imperfezioni superficiali<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polvere di resina acrilica solida: componente principale per la formazione del film<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per garantire una perfetta compatibilit\u00e0 con la cellulosa CAB nel nostro sistema di rivestimento per legno, \u00e8 necessario utilizzare esclusivamente polvere acrilica solida termoplastica. Questa forma una pellicola tramite l\u2019evaporazione del solvente e si asciuga all\u2019aria a temperatura ambiente senza necessit\u00e0 di cottura. Esistono due principali sistemi di applicazione:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistema 1K Air-Dry (la scelta ideale per la produzione in serie nelle fabbriche di mobili)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gradi consigliati: SD-A-01C, SD-A58, SD-A66, SD-A73, SD-A200<br>Vantaggi: non richiede l\u2019uso di un agente indurente, non produce scarti dovuti alla limitazione del tempo di lavorabilit\u00e0. Compatibile con l\u2019applicazione a spruzzo, a panno e a pennello, con un\u2019eccellente carteggiabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formulazioni di riferimento pratiche e collaudate (parti in peso, vernice trasparente a base solvente)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formula 1: Finitura opaca essiccabile all\u2019aria 1K per mobili (sistema CAB e acrilico solido)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Polvere acrilica solida termoplastica: 40 parti<br>2. Soluzione madre di CAB 20% gi\u00e0 preparata: 22 parti (equivalenti a 4,4 parti di CAB puro)<br>3. Plastificante ecologico (citrato di tributil): 2 parti, utilizzato per ridurre la fragilit\u00e0 del film ed evitare la formazione di crepe sui bordi<br>4. Additivi: 0,2 parti di agente livellante al silicone + 0,2 parti di antischiuma + 3 parti di polvere opacizzante OK520<br>5. Preparare fino a 100 parti con una miscela di solventi: 50% acetato di butile + 30% MIBK + 20% xilene<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formula 2: Primer sigillante (previene il sollevamento delle venature e lo scolorimento su pino, quercia e pioppo)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Polvere di acrilico solido: 32 parti<br>2. Soluzione madre 20% CAB-381-2: 38 parti<br>3. Piccole quantit\u00e0 di agente bagnante e antischiuma<br>4. Preparare fino a 100 parti utilizzando una miscela di solventi a evaporazione lenta e a evaporazione rapida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo produttivo critico (evitare lo sbiancamento, l\u2019agglomerazione e la delaminazione)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non mescolare i due tipi di polvere e non somministrarli insieme. La dissoluzione graduale \u00e8 la chiave per una buona compatibilit\u00e0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Preparare in anticipo la soluzione madre CAB (fase obbligatoria)<br>Rapporto di miscelazione: polvere CAB : solvente misto a base di esteri chetonici = 1 : 4. Versare la polvere lentamente, mescolando a bassa velocit\u00e0 per evitare la formazione di grumi. Continuare a mescolare a temperatura ambiente per 90-120 minuti fino a ottenere una soluzione completamente trasparente. \u00c8 vietato il riscaldamento ad alta temperatura.<br>2. Sciogliere separatamente la resina acrilica solida<br>Versare il solvente rimanente nel serbatoio di dispersione, aggiungere lentamente la polvere acrilica agitando a velocit\u00e0 media e continuare ad agitare per 60-90 minuti fino a ottenere un composto completamente trasparente e privo di particelle.<br>3. Frullare seguendo una sequenza prestabilita (che non deve essere invertita)<br>Aggiungere tutti gli additivi alla soluzione acrilica e disperderli ad alta velocit\u00e0 per 15 minuti \u2192 ridurre la velocit\u00e0 di agitazione e versare lentamente la soluzione madre di CAB \u2192 infine aggiungere il plastificante e agitare delicatamente per 5 minuti prima dello scarico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
