Viene estratto dai semi di Camellia oleifera e successivamente modificato. \u00c8 facilmente solubile in acqua e possiede un\u2019eccellente stabilit\u00e0 chimica nei confronti di acidi, alcali e acqua dura. Il suo componente principale, le saponine triterpenoidi, \u00e8 un tensioattivo naturale non ionico in grado di generare un gran numero di bolle d\u2019aria chiuse e discrete. Caratterizzato da un elevato indice di schiumogenesi, abbondanza di bolle, ridotta distanza tra le bolle e lunga durata di stabilizzazione della schiuma, questo prodotto \u00e8 in grado di migliorare significativamente la lavorabilit\u00e0 del calcestruzzo plastico e di aumentare la durabilit\u00e0 del calcestruzzo indurito. Si tratta di un additivo aerante di alta qualit\u00e0 con ottime prospettive di applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caratteristiche del prodotto <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eccellente qualit\u00e0 delle bolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bolle generate da questo prodotto sono sfere chiuse discontinue con distribuzione uniforme e buona stabilit\u00e0; la dimensione dei pori varia da 0,02 a 0,2 mm. Prestazioni eccezionali in termini di rendimento composto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo prodotto presenta un\u2019elevatissima solubilit\u00e0 in acqua e una compatibilit\u00e0 superiore con altri additivi, garantendo un notevole \u201ceffetto sinergico\u201d. Dopo la miscelazione, le prestazioni relative alla riduzione dell\u2019acqua, alla dispersione, alla bagnabilit\u00e0, alla solubilizzazione e alla riduzione della viscosit\u00e0 risultano migliorate in misura variabile. Consente di evitare i problemi tipici degli additivi aeranti a base di colofonia durante la miscelazione, quali precipitazione, scolorimento e riduzione dell\u2019effetto aerante. L\u2019adozione di un additivo aerante a base di saponine triterpenoidi pu\u00f2 ridurre i costi di miscelazione di circa il 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Miglioramento delle prestazioni del calcestruzzo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo prodotto migliora la fluidit\u00e0 e la plasticit\u00e0 del calcestruzzo, riduce il sanguinamento e la segregazione e aumenta la resistenza alla flessione di 10%\u201120%. Allo stesso tempo, riduce i coefficienti di diffusione termica e di conducibilit\u00e0 termica del calcestruzzo, migliorandone cos\u00ec la stabilit\u00e0 volumetrica e la resistenza agli agenti atmosferici di varie strutture esterne. Le microbolle introdotte fungono da spazi tampone per l\u2019espansione volumetrica, attenuando e ritardando i danni al calcestruzzo indotti dall\u2019espansione fisica (ad es. la pressione di cristallizzazione dei cristalli di sale) e dall\u2019espansione dovuta a reazioni chimiche (ad es. la reazione alcali-aggregato e l\u2019attacco dei solfati). Progetti concreti che richiedono un elevato livello di lavorabilit\u00e0 del calcestruzzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Un componente importante per la preparazione di additivi compositi, quali gli agenti pompanti (per il calcestruzzo pompato).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istruzioni per l'uso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il dosaggio raccomandato del prodotto in polvere \u00e8 compreso tra 0,004 e 0,031 TP15T in peso rispetto al cemento, mentre quello del prodotto liquido \u00e8 compreso tra 0,006 e 0,051 TP15T in peso rispetto al cemento. Il dosaggio pu\u00f2 essere adeguato in base ai risultati delle prove di contenuto d\u2019aria.
