Si tratta di una materia prima di origine biologica, rinnovabile e biodegradabile. Solubile in acqua fredda e in alcuni solventi organici, il HPC presenta eccellenti propriet\u00e0 filmogene, elevata flessibilit\u00e0 del film e buone prestazioni di modulazione reologica. Essendo atossico e sicuro per il contatto con gli alimenti, \u00e8 diventato un additivo e un substrato filmogeno molto diffuso per rivestimenti di imballaggi degradabili, laminazioni carta-plastica e pellicole pelabili in Europa e in America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funzioni principali degli imballaggi biodegradabili<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Substrato filmogeno (film autonomo \/ rivestimento superficiale della carta)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando il sistema a base acquosa viene applicato sulla superficie di carta, cartone e substrati biodegradabili quali PLA e PBS, dopo l\u2019essiccazione si forma una pellicola altamente trasparente, flessibile e continua. Essa \u00e8 in grado di migliorare la levigatezza superficiale, la resistenza alla piegatura e la resistenza ai graffi del materiale di base. Rispetto all\u2019amido e al CMC, il film HPC presenta una minore fragilit\u00e0 e una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0, pertanto non si rompe facilmente quando la confezione viene piegata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Modifica reologica (addensamento, livellamento e anti-sedimentazione per rivestimenti a base acquosa)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agisce come additivo reologico nei rivestimenti liquidi a base biologica a base acquosa per regolare la viscosit\u00e0 al taglio e migliorare la lavorabilit\u00e0 del rivestimento. Previene il colamento durante l\u2019applicazione ad alta velocit\u00e0 e garantisce uno spessore uniforme del rivestimento. Mantiene una buona stabilit\u00e0 in acqua neutra a temperatura ambiente con viscosit\u00e0 costante in condizioni di pH neutro, il che soddisfa perfettamente i requisiti di sviluppo del vostro progetto finlandese: temperatura ambiente e ambiente acquoso neutro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Miglioramento delle propriet\u00e0 barriera (resistenza all\u2019olio e barriera all\u2019ossigeno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I rivestimenti a base di HPC puro offrono una buona resistenza all\u2019olio ma una scarsa resistenza all\u2019acqua, con prestazioni moderate di barriera al vapore d\u2019acqua se utilizzati da soli. Se miscelati con glicerolo, amido, nano-riempitivi e chitosano, la loro barriera all\u2019ossigeno, la resistenza all\u2019olio e la barriera al vapore acqueo possono essere notevolmente migliorate. Vengono utilizzati per rivestimenti oleoresistenti di imballaggi in carta per uso alimentare, sacchetti di carta per snack e rivestimenti superficiali di contenitori da asporto in carta compostabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Adesivo e agente compatibilizzante interstrato<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Negli imballaggi in biocomposito multistrato, funge da additivo compatibilizzante e legante interfacciale, potenziando l\u2019adesione tra diversi biosubstrati e migliorando la resistenza allo strappo interstrato dei laminati di amido-PLA e carta-biofilm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Imballaggio intelligente in primo piano (colore strutturale colesterico)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una soluzione acquosa ad alta concentrazione di HPC possiede la propriet\u00e0 di autoassemblaggio tipica dei cristalli liquidi colesterici, che consente di formare pellicole in grado di cambiare colore a livello strutturale senza l\u2019uso di coloranti. Pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata per lo sviluppo di imballaggi intelligenti, degradabili e anticontraffazione, sensibili all\u2019umidit\u00e0 e alla pressione, rappresentando un campo di applicazione all\u2019avanguardia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principali scenari di applicazione<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Rivestimenti biodegradabili per imballaggi alimentari in carta: rivestimenti superficiali a base acquosa per carta oleoresistente, imballaggi per prodotti da forno, sacchetti di carta per snack e ciotole\/scatole di carta biodegradabili (il principale settore di applicazione).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Imballaggi flessibili in biocomposito: rivestimenti per la modifica superficiale di pellicole degradabili in PLA e PBAT, che migliorano l\u2019adesione della stampa e la levigatezza della superficie.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pellicole da imballaggio commestibili e rimovibili e rivestimenti degradabili per la conservazione della freschezza di frutta e verdura.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
