Large-Format Tile Installation

Tile Adhesive Application

A well-known resort hotel in Malaysia needs to lay large-format tiles (600×1200 mm) under extreme high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. The contractor requires the product to have excellent bonding strength, longer open time, and anti-sagging properties to meet the requirements of vertical tiling. Seed’s HPMC solution offers over 45 minutes of workability, 98% water retention, and excellent slip resistance. Bond strength exceeds 1.8 MPa, far surpassing industry standards. Six months after completion, the tiles remain in perfect condition, with no detachment or deterioration.

Stone-Like Paint Application

A mixed-use development required high-end stone-like textured coating replicating natural granite while withstanding harsh weather conditions and delivering 15+ years of durability. Seed’s dual cellulose ether system (HEC + HPMC) provided exceptional sprayability, superior texture formation, anti-sagging performance, and excellent weather resistance.
