After initial communication with the client, SEED’s technical team proposed using EC to increase viscosity and reduce costs, addressing the client’s concerns. However, the client reported that they had already tested EC with unsatisfactory results.
In response, SEED informed the client not to pay the $100 sample fee upfront and decided to readjust the formulation for further testing. After two weeks of testing, the results finally met the client’s requirements, and the client was very satisfied and immediately prepared to pay the sample fee.
After this sample passed the test, the customer immediately sent the testing requirements for the second product.
