An Indian client inquired whether SEED could provide HEMC for coating applications, requiring a viscosity similar to DOW‘s products, maintaining consistency for 15 days. However, the price had to be highly competitive. Based on the client’s requirements, SEED’s technical team adjusted the production formula and, after factory trials, produced a matching product. However, SEED did not immediately send samples to the client. Instead, they insisted on conducting a 15-day viscosity comparison test in their own laboratory before mailing the samples to the client.
